1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of designarix and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.
2. Services Offered
designarix provides creative digital services including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Branding, Custom Web Development, and Social Media Management. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, code, designs, and content developed by designarix remain the intellectual property of designarix until full payment for the project has been received. Upon final payment, the relevant usage rights or ownership will be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Projects generally require an initial deposit before work commences. Final delivery of files or website launch will occur only after final balance payments are cleared. designarix reserves the right to pause service if payments are significantly delayed.
5. Limitation of Liability
designarix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We strive for excellence but do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue increases.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
7. Changes to Terms
designarix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
